All Hypno-Doula packages include Hypnobabies program of their choice and:
- Initial interview
- Unlimited phone, text, or email contact up to 4 weeks postpartum
- 1 prenatal visit and 1 postpartum visit
- Continuous emotional, physical and educational support throughout the birthing time for mother and birth partner up to 2 hours after birth.
- Postpartum visits may be scheduled as early as 24 hours after birth to provide breastfeeding support and assitance and up to or as late as 4 weeks
- Various comfort measures for physical and emotional support
- Assistance developing birth preferences and baby care plan
