Hypnobabies is a childbirth education program that teaches expectant moms and their birth partners MEDICAL QUALITY HYPNOSIS and techniques that help mothers enjoy their birthing time and have easier, more comfortable births. The Mind Body Birth childbirth preparation class helps you have a more positive and empowering pregnancy and birth.
Mind Body Birth classes are held every second Saturday of the month and registration is required.
